Cancellations can happen to anyone, and at The Secret Barber, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, as a small business, cancellations can greatly impact our schedule and availability for other clients.
We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation, which allows us enough time to fill the open slot with another client.
We understand that unexpected events may arise, and we are more than happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time. Our goal is to provide the best possible service for all of our clients, and your cooperation in giving us advance notice of cancellations helps us achieve that goal.
Please don't fall into the trap of 'no-shows'
We also kindly ask for your understanding that if you don't show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice, you will be charged a fee of £10.00, we regret having to do this but I hope you understand as a business, we have to take account.
